Every Company has an obligation under the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 to ensure that checks are implemented to ascertain an individuals right to work in the United Kingdom prior to commencement of employment.

This check will confirm if the candidate is eligible to work in the UK (or not!).
