Health and safety records in some cases may be kept for up to 40 years dependent on any incident reported using the online forms. Terms Of Business For Products And Material

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of Products including; Contracts in-a-box, Handbooks in-a-box, subscriptions and associated documentation relating to our Information and Guidance websites and online training courses. These terms do not apply to consultancy or legal representation services or Your HR Services. For a copy of the A.C.T. Fees associated with products are detailed on the website.

All prices quoted are excluding VAT. VAT, at the current rate, will be added to all invoices, as shown in the shopping basket prior to confirmation of purchase. A.C.T. National Ltd reserves the right to change or amend prices of any documents on the website without notice. The purchaser may purchase documents at the price currently shown on the website.
The purchaser may be provided with a log in and password to allow them access to the Information site or on-line products.

Payment is generally made at the time of purchase by debit or credit card. Alternatively payment can be made in advance to A.C.T. National Ltd. In the event that an existing client has a direct debit facility set up with A.C.T. National Ltd, payment can be made by direct debit and payment will taken no less than 10 days following the purchase.

Due to the digital nature of services, no right of refund or cancellation exists after a services or product has been purchased, in accordance with Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

The purchaser should ensure that any information supplied is correct before confirming an order (or proceeding to payment where credit card payments are accepted). A.C.T does not accept responsibility or offer refunds if incorrect information is provided and A.C.T. National Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any errors made by the purchaser. Documents contained in products may be amended from time to time depending on changes in the law or recommended practice. Updated and new documents will be notified on the website.
