The Health & Safety Executive have come across yet another case of Health & Safety madness, which is based upon pure myth.

A charity shop refused a donation of a baby's plastic bath as they thought Health & Safety law would allow any new owner to sue them if their child slipped.

The H.S.E. has moved quickly to dispel this myth and set the record straight:
